About the Event
Watershed Ecology Field School
A five-day ecology studies adventure program for youth in Middle/High School at the Schoharie River Center
Participants will study the ecology of the Schoharie Watershed and the surrounding tributaries.
-Explore the Schoharie Creek while hiking, kayaking, swimming, and biking.
-Assess water quality and conduct macro-invertebrate analysis (WAVE) of the Schoharie Creek and it's tributaries
-Conduct field research, explore and document the area.
