Watershed Ecology Filed School

A five-day ecology studies adventure program for youth ages 12-17 yrs. at the Schoharie River Center

Participants will study the ecology of the Schoharie Watershed and the surrounding tributaries.

-Explore the Schoharie Creek while hiking, kayaking, swimming, and biking.

-Assess water quality and conduct macro-invertebrate analysis (WAVE) of the Schoharie Creek and it's tributaries

-Conduct field research, explore and document the area.

-Create documnets to showcase findings through video, posters, and more

-Make friends, have fun!!

Cost: $250 per week (Scholarships may be available)

Drop off and pick-up at the Schoharie River Center, 2025 Burtonville Rd. Esperance, NY
