About the Event
Day In The Life of a River is a state wide initiative to collect a snapshot of water quality along the Hudson and Mohawk Rivers. The Schoharie River Center will join other organizations across the Mohawk watershed to collect data to assess the health of the river, while promoting stewardship for our vital watershed.
The Schoharie River Center will be testing during the day with Schenectady High School Students on the Mohawk River, and with Duanesburgh High School Students on the Schoharie Creek.
We are then opening time for the public to join us at Central Park to test the lake and a few streams that flow in and out of the park.
After school hours from 3:30 to 5:30pm
